About the Blog

Wondering why Teatime with Senpai?

After three years of unorderly blogging at a site that was rarely visited, I decided to try something new. With some help from my friends Hannah, Micah, and Sam, I was able to narrow my focus and start afresh. Thus, this blog is a place for new beginnings, not only for me but for you too. As I take a step back and examine anime from a Christian perspective, my hope is that it will lead to great discussion, pleasant friendships, and a sense of refreshment for both the writer and the reader. Such a scene reminds me of one where serious topics are handled through light-hearted conversation, and warmth is poured over fine china and porcelain cups. Here, Teatime with Senpai finds its name, and hopefully a spot alongside other treasured opinions of the otaku realm. So pull up a seat, kick back, and relax. This is your chance for Senpai to notice you; don’t let it go to waste.
